AI based cutting-edge digital Analyzer for testing the physical parameters of food grains, including Paddy, Rice (Raw & Parboiled), and Wheat. This device is designed for accuracy, rapid analysis, and software flexibility, integrating advanced AI and deep learning technologies.
Grain/Seed Analyser: The system calculates key metrics such as length, breadth, L/B ratio, and Shape factor the area of each grain like Sorghum (Jowar), Bajara (Pearl Millet), Bengal Gram (Chana), Maize (Makka), Paddy (Dhan), Wheat (Gheu) and Pluses etc. It classifies grain into categories defined by the user, such as Head, Big Broken, Small Broken, Discolored, Red Grain, Chalky, Damage, Wivelled, Shrivelled,  Foreign Matter, Immature and Admixture.
It determines the weight of individual grains based on morphological parameters, either using the total weight of grains in the image. This feature provides valuable insights into the weight distribution and quality of the grain.
