Description:
The Fine Cleaner, also known as an Air Screen Cleaner, is a critical machine in any seed processing plant. It performs precise cleaning and grading of seeds, ensuring the final output consists of thoroughly cleaned and accurately graded seeds. The machine separates seeds into multiple grades, allowing each to be collected separately.
Functioning as the core component of a seed processing line, the Fine Cleaner operates on the principle of aerodynamic separation. A powerful stream of air flows across the seed streamâfrom the feeding hopper through the screensâto remove light impurities such as chaff, dust, glumes, broken seeds, and light or immature seeds.
Grading is primarily based on size, with additional consideration for shape and weight. The Indosaw Fine Cleaner is equipped with several key features:
- Three-layer screen system
- Top-mounted blower for effective air separation
- Laminated wooden deck for strength and durability
- Low noise and low vibration operation
- Screw conveyor for efficient impurity removal from the air chamber

The machine is CNC fabricated for precision in cutting, bending, and shaping, ensuring high performance and operational accuracy. It is finished with two coats of red oxide primer for rust protection, followed by two coats of enamel paint for enhanced durability and aesthetic appeal.
