Description:
Pre Cleaners are essential for the initial cleaning of seeds and grains in processing plants. They handle raw or uncleaned material received from production sites before final cleaning. At the time of harvest and threshing, seeds and grains often contain a variety of impurities such as sticks, husk, stones, dust, inert matter, dead insects, and plant residues.
The Pre Cleaner performs high-speed rough cleaning, removing most unwanted materials including light chaff, stalks, soil particles, infested or immature seeds, undersized, and oversized grains. This significantly reduces the impurity load for downstream processing.
